Access to and use of Lindex Kosova Online Shop and www.lindexkosova.com (the “Website”) are subject to the following terms and conditions. If you access the Website, browse or place an online order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. If you have any questions about Lindex Kosova, these terms and conditions or our website, please do not hesitate to contact customer service at https://lindexkosova.com/contact-us/
To place an order on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age and must be resident within the Republic of Kosovo.
This website is owned and operated by the company Interex Kosova L.L.C, Street UCK – Qafa Complex, First floor, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo.
Lindex Kosova retains the right to amend, modify or withdraw: the website, these terms and conditions may be updated to correct interferences or to comply with new legal or technical requirements. The latest updated version of the general terms and conditions may always be found in this page. In case of considerable changes you will receive information about this via email or at lindexkosova.com. The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall be applicable to the order, even where there are subsequent amendments. These terms and conditions are construed and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
2. Privacy Policy
Please read our privacy policy at https://lindexkosova.com/privacy-policy/. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from you. This privacy policy applies to the website and all products and services offered by us.
3. Terms of purchase
Lindex Kosova only accepts orders made from our Website – we currently cannot process orders via telephone, e-mail or by post.
To place an order on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age and must be resident within the Republic of Kosovo. You must also provide us with a delivery address and contact details (such as e-mail address and mobile number). This can be done either in the shopping bag or by registering a customer profile on the Website.
Items placed in the shopping bag are not reserved until the order is placed and confirmed by Lindex Kosova through order confirmation sent to your e-mail address.
a) Contract and confirmation of order
When ordering goods on the Website, a binding agreement to buy is concluded only after Lindex Kosova have confirmed the order to the e-mail address given by you (Order Confirmation). The order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address when Lindex Kosova has registered the order and received payment. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays or on any public holiday will be confirmed no later than the following business day at 22:00.
b) Pricing and currency
All prices are shown in euro currency (EUR) on the website and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Prices given on the date when the Customer makes an order are valid throughout the entire purchase process.
c) Discount and promotion codes
Lindex Kosova may from time to time offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code.
Promotions with codes are in general only valid once – and once the code is used it will be deactivated, and the code will be no longer valid.
Promotions cannot be added to an order after the order is confirmed, therefore you must ensure that the voucher is registered before you confirm and pay the order. Lindex Kosova does not take responsibility for promotion codes or promotions published on external websites.
Lindex Kosova reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or promotional code at any time.
When a campaign or promotion is communicated in printed material, or in digital material (e.g. in an e-mail newsletter) by Lindex Kosova, Lindex Kosova states that combination of different promotions are prohibited. Lindex Kosova thereby, in case of misuse of either campaigns or promotions, reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order.
d) Payment
Lindex Kosova online shop accepts the following means of payment for orders from https://lindexkosova.com/means-of-payment/. The content of other Lindex sites, e.g. http://www.lindex.com/eu/, are in general the same, however differences in currencies, means of payment, and delivery options varies between one site and another.
Credit-/debit card
When paying using a credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard), the applied amount will be reserved on your card, until the items are prepared and dispatched for you. We look at the validity and status of your card in relation to the value of the order and also whether the customer details are correct. We may refuse the order depending on the outcome of these checks.
All payments that are conducted with a credit- or debit card are made via our secure Payment Service Provider (PSP) which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form providing high-level security for the customer in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS. All credit- and debit cardholders are subject to validation- and authorization control by the card issuer. If the issuer of the given credit- or debit card refuses to authorize the payment to Lindex Kosova, you shall receive a message stating that the payment couldn’t be performed. Lindex Kosova shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order caused by such refusal to authorize payment.
Pay in cash
When using pay in cash the customer places the order online and payment is done at the time of receipt of the actual order.
e) Deliveries
Lindex Kosova aims to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours after the order is confirmed by us. During peak season or at special offers, campaigns, and events the delivery, as well as to delivery to remote locations, the delivery time might be prolonged to 3-5 days. Shipping is also possible in North Macedonia and the shipment can arrive within 3-5 business days.
Please be aware of that Lindex HQ warehouse is situated in Sweden, which is the main cause that our timescales in terms of delivery may seem slightly longer than some of our competitors in the Republic of Kosovo.
Should the delivery be delayed for more than 10 days, you are entitled to cancel the purchase. In such case the Customer is requested to contact Lindex Kosova Customer Service.
4. Exchanges and returns
Lindex Kosova Return and Exchange Policy
Lindex Kosova has 10 days return policy and 30 days exchange policy, from the date of purchase, provided that the items returned contain the original labels, are unused and are in their original condition. You must indicate the reason for returning the goods. The returned items shall, as far as is possible, be packaged in the same way as when the items were received.
What is not covered?
For hygiene reasons, Lindex cannot offer returns or exchanges for:
- Swimwear
- Underwear: briefs & bras
- Jewelry: earrings
How to return your items?
You can return and exchange items in two ways:
- In store – you must bring with you items you want to return or exchange and the receipt that came with your order.
- By mail – send us an email to customer.service@lindexkosova.com.
In case of return or exchange, payment of postage is responsibility of the customer, except in cases the order went wrong. Returning items in store is free of charge.
Once we receive the returned items, you will be informed about the return and when you will receive the refund.
If you have purchased several items with a package offer, for example “3 for 2”, then all these items must be returned. You can’t return single items when these are included in a package offe.
Lindex Kosova suggests that you retain evidence of posting or proof of shipment until the purchase price has been refunded.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned items, you will be informed about the return and when you will receive the refund.
If you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items. Please note that payment of postage is responsibility of the customer.
Lindex Kosova will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive the returned items from you; or (b) if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide Lindex Kosova with evidence that you have returned the items; or (c) if you are not yet in receipt of the items, 14 days after the date on which you have informed us that you wish to cancel.
Lindex Kosova will make the refund in the customers bank account despite customer’s payment method for the initial transaction. In any event, you will not incur any fees from Lindex Kosova as a result of the reimbursement.
5. Notice of Defects
Lindex Kosova shall ensure that each dispatch is carefully inspected before delivery to the Customer. Should the goods nevertheless be incorrect, damaged or defective upon the receipt by the Customer, please contact Customer Service.
In the event of incorrect, damaged or defective Products being received, you are requested to contact Customer Service once – at the date – you have received the order.
Once Lindex Kosova has received the damaged goods, we will within 14 days replace the damaged item or make the refund to the Customer’s bank account.
If the Customer prefers, he/she may also file his/hers claim at any Lindex store in Kosovo.
Unfortunately, Lindex Kosova may have made a mistake and missed to pack all items in your order – in such case please accept our apology and contact our customer service straightaway, so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
6. Liability
Lindex Kosova retains the right to withdraw from the delivery of the order if there has been a clear and obvious price error on the website (e.g. the price of the product appears to be too high or too low or if price is given as £0). In such case, Lindex Kosova shall without delay inform you of the error and notify the correct price to you.
The items sold at lindexkosova.com are provided for private consumer use only. You agree not to use the items for any commercial or business purposes or for resale, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. Any reprint, copying, downloading, storing, transmitting or similar activity relating to texts and images presented on lindexkosova.com for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Lindex Kosova, is prohibited. Lindex Kosova is not liable for any errors in texts or images and is only liable for loss of data, loss of income or profit, or loss from claims by third parties arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from lindexkosova.com where such loss is a foreseeable result of Lindex Kosova breach of these terms or its negligence, but Lindex Kosova is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and Lindex Kosova at the time we entered into the Contract. Lindex Kosova shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of products to the extent that the delay is caused by any event outside of Lindex Kosova’s reasonable control, including but not limited to war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, governmental actions and any other similar events.
While Lindex Kosova aims to accurately describe items and images on lindexkosova.com, there may be minor colour variations between the images and the actual products due to a number of factors such as the used internet browser or the monitors color contrast configurations. Lindex Kosova cannot be held responsible for differences in colors as a result of aforementioned factors.
Lindex Kosova shall have the right to interrupt the use of lindexkosova.com at any time for example on account of maintenance procedures.
