How can I return and exchange items?

You can return and exchange items in two ways:

In store – you must bring with you items you want to return or exchange and the receipt that came
with your order.

By mail – send us an email to customer.service@interex-ks.com

You can return items within 10 days from the date of purchase and exchange them within 30 days from the date of purchase. In case of return or exchange, payment of postage is responsibility of the customer, except in cases the order went wrong.

Returning items in store is free of charge.

You as a customer have an obligation to take care of the items you own, until the moment of return, while we will take care that the items are not damaged until they come to you.

When can I return / exchange items?

How do I know the return has been made?

Once we receive the returned items, you will be informed about the return and when you will receive the refund.

How much does it cost to return items?

Returning items in store is free of charge.

Can I use the same discount when making a refund of the item on offer?

If during the online purchase you have used any offer and choose to return the item / items, the offer can no longer be used.

How do I return items in a package offer, for example “3 for 2”?

If you have purchased several items with a package offer, for example “3 for 2”, then all these items must be returned. You can’t return single items when these are included in a package offer.

Which items can’t be returned / exchanged?

Items that can’t be returned / exchanged are:

Underwear: briefs, bras

Women’s swimwear

Jewelry: earrings

When is my order delivered?

We aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours after the order is confirmed by us. During peak season or at special offers, campaigns, and events the delivery, as well as to delivery to remote locations, the delivery time might be prolonged to 3-5 days.

Shipping is also possible in North Macedonia and the shipment can arrive within 3-5 business days.

How do I make a complaint?

We at Lindex Kosova guarantee that each order is inspected before it’s sent out to you. If a product despite this should be broken or incorrect when you receive it, you are of course able to make a complaint. In the event of incorrect, damaged or defective products being received, you are requested to contact Customer Service at the date you have received the order.

If the Customer prefers, he/she may also file his/her complaint at any Lindex store in Kosova.

Once Lindex Kosova has received the damaged goods and for an approved complaint, we will within 14 days replace the damaged item or make the refund to the Customer’s bank account as well as shipping fees. If you haven’t kept the receipt, we will refund the return cost when you send us the receipt via email.
